More than often we are not present 100% in most of the activities we pursue in our daily routines. A small part of our conscious self is busy in thoughts relating to things either we wish to have or activities we like or dislike, fears, mysteries. In night when physically we are not engaged in any activity, still our brain is not at rest. Idle brain swings into the world of our wishes, desires, wants, fears, likes, dislikes or more specifically and experiences of the day goneby which make any deep impact on our conscious self. What goes on next is what we dream.
Quite clearly, dreams are a reflection of what we wish to do.
