The feeling of optimism, usually can be inculcated from inside. Its somewhere within ourselves. A little exploring can do wonders in ones life along with right training, in right direction at right time. Positive energies works as a shower that refreshes our body, mind & soul after a hectic workout. We cannot capture these energies but can make an effort to be in the lap of these forces, so that we can be nurtured under the shade of high flow radiations.

And you would have achieved a prime purpose of this life, in the present moment ! !
