It is to be believed that our beliefs on ageing are conditioned and the process can be slowed down if we correct our awareness and understanding of the human body. Food habits exert a tremendous influence on our states of being. We can't really proceed far on our spiritual pilgrimage with a stuffy nose, digestive disorders, rapid pulse, perverted senses and short attention spans. Every time we deep-fry, spice up our diet or savor meats, intoxicants or antibiotics. We lose, besides essential vitamins and natural enzymes, a large portion of our longevity and inner happiness.

Include soaked peanuts, raw vegetables, citrus fruits, whole black pepper, crushed almonds with honey, juice of ashgourd, yogurt, walnuts and sprouts in your daily diet. Let your taste buds relish grape crush, carrot quencher, beetroot-apple juice, crunchy cabbage salad that truly refresh and energize. 

As you replace colas with tender cocunt water, white sugar with honey, fried snacks with dried figs, lemon juice and herbal leaves, you buid up natural resistance to irksome acidity, needless colds and chronic headaches.

A daily schedule of a 15-30 min light exercise like brisk walking, etc preferably before sunrise gives yo a fresh and energized start for the day.
